The joint Licensors, Easy2solve and ASIS International (the "Licensors") provide software and services to you, subject to the following terms of use (the "Terms") through its website www.organizational-resilience.com (the "Site"), which may be updated by the Licensors from time to time without notice to you. • Any dealings by you with any third party on or through the Site shall be solely between you and that third party and the Licensors shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from any such dealings.

Intellectual Property Rights

• You acknowledge and agree that the Site and any information presented to you through the Site contains intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright and trade marks and you agree not to infringe the intellectual property rights owned by the Licensors [or third parties] as detailed in the Copyright and Trade Mark Notice.
