• As joint Licensors, it is necessary for Easy2solve and ASIS International (the Licensors) to collect your personal information for the purposes of registering you as a licensee of the ORMS software.
   

• If your contact details change we request that you help us keep up to date by notifying us via email to Sales@organizational-resilience.com.
   

• Any information collected by the Licensors will be treated as confidential.

Data Protection and Disclosure

• The Licensors maintain registrations and take all reasonable endeavors to comply with all requirements of all relevant data protection legislation.
   

• The Licensors will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information except with your permission or under special circumstances such as when it believes in good faith that the law requires disclosure.

Further Use of Information

• The Licensors may occasionally send you communications about products and services that in their opinion may be of interest to you.
   

• The Licensors do not sell or rent user information to anyone.

• No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, the Licensors cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to the Licensors and you do so at your own risk.
   

• Following transmission, the Licensors will make best efforts to ensure the security of the information on their systems.
