Annual licenses for the ASIS ORMS software are offered at a really affordable total cost of ownership. Compared to other software offerings in the resilience and continuity industry the products easily meet and in many cases significantly exceed the delivered functionality from competitors.  Most software vendors in this industry do not even advertise their prices openly on their websites preferring prospective users to register and make contact with high pressure sales teams before finding out just how expensive the solutions are.

The ASIS ORMS software is made available in an open and transparent way that could be considered to be unique within the industry. Determined to set new trends of transparency the product prices are set out below so that real comparisons of cost and functionality can be made before purchase is contemplated.

It is easy to upgrade to another product in the suite as the data management structure ensures no loss of existing data during this upgrade process. There is also no premium to be paid for upgrading with credit given for unexpired portions of existing licenses when upgrading.

Each installation requires one Master User license to be present for the system to operate correctly. The organization may then purchase the number of Additional User licenses required to meet the needs of their users. In additional to the Master User license that covers the first machine that the ORMS Professional is installed on, an Additional User license is required for each additional machine on which the front-end (.e2s file) is installed.  Additional User licenses must be compatible with the Master User license in respect of the ORMS product.  Therefore for example, additional user licenses for the ORMS Professional version should only be purchased for use with an ORMS Professional Master User license.

Free trial

The master user licenses for the ORMS software have a built in free trial period for a maximum of 20 days for evaluation purposes. This is to allow prospective Users to review the software for suitability and functionality before processing the final purchase transaction.

Only one free trial is permitted per customer per product.

To take advantage of this 20 day free trial offer, simply click on the "Buy now" button for the required master user license. You will then be required to register your details with the ecommerce provider Share-it! and provide valid credit card details.

At the end of the 20 day free trial period the ecommerce provider Share-it! will process a transaction for the purchase of a one year license for the selected master user license unless you have cancelled the transaction at least two days prior to that date.

You can cancel the transaction at any time during the free trial period up to two days before expiry of this period and the purchase transaction will not be processed. Once the customer has cancelled the free trial period and the purchase transaction the programs will not continue to function and should be uninstalled.
